Q: Will I lose any email during the migration?
A: No. We migrate historical email from your old provider into your new Outlook mailbox before cutting over DNS. Your team continues receiving email from the old account during the transition. Nothing is lost.
Q: How long will my team be without email?
A: DNS changes propagate within 15 to 60 minutes for most providers. We schedule the cutover at a low-traffic time, typically early morning or end of Friday, so the window is minimal. Most teams do not notice the transition.
Q: Do my staff need to do anything?
A: Very little. We handle the technical work. Staff need to be available for 20 to 30 minutes each for device setup. We come to you if you need on-site support.
Q: What does Microsoft 365 cost after the migration?
A: Microsoft 365 Business Standard is $12.50 per user per month. Business Premium, which includes Intune and Defender for Business, is $22 per user per month. Coyaba does not mark up license costs.
